| Plant Description | It is a plant that can be herbaceous and either annual or perennial, reaching a height between 30 to 110 cm. The root is cylindrical, pivot-like, and has a fibrous, shallow branching system. The stem is striated, occasionally ridged, and can be smooth or slightly villous. It is cylindrical, oval, herbaceous to slightly woody, and features aromatic resin channels in the bark when squeezed. Leaves are arranged oppositely at the base and alternate towards the top, reaching up to 20 cm in length. They are pinnate, consisting of 11 to 17 lanceolate to linear-lanceolate leaflets, measuring up to 5 cm in length and 1.5 cm in width.
